You'll learn effective techniques for meal prep as well as how to track progress without feeling deprived or overwhelmed by restrictions. I will show you how to choose foods that support your hormones, reduce inflammation, build lean muscle, and support your mood. Omega Balance Testing
Your Omega Balance Ratio unlocks a window into the health of your cells and the level of inflammation in your body. A simple dried blood spot test can help you identify how much omega 3 you have in your red blood cells, which then tells you how much inflammation you're carrying around inside your body. High levels of inflammation lead to chronic disease and can show up in many ways: poor concentration, brain fog, joint pain, anxiety, depression, poor recovery, hormone imbalance, excessive weight gain, etc. Omega 3 plays a very important role in keeping inflammation levels down and improving the health of your cells. Part of my Foundational Health Protocol is to test your Omega Balance Ratio and help you lower your cellular inflammation. When your cells are healthy, you are healthy!
