My Story
My love for fitness started young. At 12, I discovered strength training while tagging along with my mom to the gym. I wasn’t a natural at sports and often felt out of place—but in the gym, I found confidence, strength, and a sense of control. That spark shaped my life’s work: helping others feel at home in their own bodies. I began coaching in 2009 as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with GoodLife Fitness before moving into mobile training. Over the years, my passion for learning grew. In 2011, I earned my Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification (also through ISSA), blending fitness and nutrition to better support my clients. By 2020, I expanded my expertise to include intermittent fasting and metabolic switching—powerful tools to help women balance hormones, lose weight, and feel strong again. In 2025, I accomplished my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach Certification, deepening my ability to guide clients with science-backed strategies that fit real life. Currently, I am finishing my specialization in metabolic health, digestion and hunger, and will soon begin my GGS Pre- and Postnatal Coaching Certification. My approach is simple and sustainable: Move your body in ways you enjoy, nourish yourself with food that feels and tastes good, prioritize balance—sleep, stress management, self-care—and understand what’s happening inside your body so you can make choices with confidence. As a busy mom of three, I know what it’s like to juggle family, work, and wellness. My mission is to help women build strength from the inside out—body and mind—so they can feel vibrant, confident, and in control of their health.
